Carlac Stops By Stratton Accident Repair Centre To Commemorate Its Three Years In Business

Last month, the Carlac team dropped in to see how business was going at Stratton Accident Repair Centre (ARC) as they marked their third year in business. 

Speaking to General Manager, Steve Wolsey, he had the following to say, “The past three years have been a rollercoaster for Stratton ARC. Little did Garth Downs, the owner, know what he was getting himself into when he opened the doors for the first time just weeks before the pandemic hit in March 2020. 

“I joined the business in the following October, and from there we have gone from strength to strength. From securing BS approvals to the implementation of a new estimating system and bringing in work from insurers, retailers and private owners for the business; we’ve had our fair share of early mornings and late finishes.”

Based in Romiley Stockport, Stratton ARC boasts a 12,500 sq. ft bodyshop that is open to insurance and private work. Steve continued, “The team at Stratton is amazing, we’re a close-knit bunch and we support each other to get the job done. More recently, the shopfloor and offices have received a huge overhaul and now works for where we want to take the business. The road has been a long one for us, and this year is already proving to be one of our best yet.”
